Excellent stay – highly recommend! I had a wonderful experience at the Best Western Plus Durham Hotel & Conference Centre. The rooms were impressively large, incredibly clean, and very comfortable. One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast; it was fresh, offered a ton of variety, and had something for everyone. A special thanks to Nikki for the fantastic service in the kitchen and very friendly staff at the reception and management. I’ll definitely be staying here again next time I’m in Oshawa.
We had such a great stay at the Best Western! We booked a last minute room due to poor weather lastnight. The room far exceeded my expectations. We stayed in the King room. It was massive. Super clean! Beautiful esthetic. It felt so cozy. The beds & pillows were perfect. The free breakfast was impressive! Huge variety, hot breakfast, waffle bar, cappuccinos machine. The staff went above & beyond. They offered late check out for us to finish watching the Canada game this morning. Overall, 5 stars. We will be back next time we have an event in the area! I was pleasantly surprised when I checked-in late on a Friday evening. Prabal at reception was very kind and efficient. My assigned room was spacious and comfortable, offering me everything I needed. Breakfast was what I expected with a nice extra of a latte option. I’ll stay here again for sure.
I haven't stayed at a Best Western in awhile and this place was amazing!! The room was very clean and warm. The Staff were so friendly and welcoming! I loved the breakfast and Nicky did a great job making a wonderful breakfast even with some to go! I would highly recommend this place!

Very nice staff at front desk, we were a late night check in and they were welcoming got us settled in nice clean rooms. Adjacent to the highway very convenient and surprisingly quiet considering how close to the highway. The inclusive breakfast offered a nice variety of food and we were met by the manager or the owner of the hotel who asked us about our stay. He was genuinely interested in our satisfaction and pleasant to talk to. I would highly recommend this as a great place to stop for the night. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. It was a great stay. We stayed here because of a concert in Toronto. Very convenient. We had a great breakfast as well.
